CHANGES AND RETURNS IN PENINSULA

Size changes:

If you need to change the size of your order, you can do so within 15 days from the date of delivery. Please note that shipping costs for size change will be borne by the buyer.

Returns:

• Within the first 7 days: If we receive the garment(s) within this period, we will refund the full amount of the garment(s). You can request a pick up at your home for the return, with a cost of 8 € which will be deducted from the refund, or send us the garment/s by your own means to the following address:

• Between 8 and 15 days: If the return is made within this period, we will refund the amount of the garment/s, creating a discount coupon for the value of the garment. Regarding the shipping costs, you can choose between the option of sending the product on your own to the address mentioned in the previous point, or requesting a pickup at your home for the return; in this case, 8 euros for shipping costs will be deducted from the value of the refund coupon. The coupon will be valid for 6 months from the day we receive the item(s).

• After 15 days: No returns will be accepted after 15 days from the delivery of the order.

Conditions for exchanges and returns:

To proceed with any exchange or return, the item/s must be in the same condition in which they were received, including tags, original packaging and no signs of use. Once the TARTARUGA team has reviewed the condition of the garment and the reasons for the return, if everything is correct, we will proceed with the relevant refund or exchange.

Products without return option:

No returns are accepted on the following products, except in cases of defect or error on the part of TARTARUGA:

• Promotional Products
• Swimwear
• Jewelry and Accessories

In cases of defective products or errors:

If you receive a damaged, defective or error product, TARTARUGA will assume all shipping costs for its return. You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order by sending an email to pedidos@tartaruga.es with your details and order number.
