2. Purpose and scope

These terms govern the sale of products offered on www.tartaruga.es, as well as general website use. They apply to all orders placed in Spain and abroad.

3. Legal capacity to contract

Only persons with sufficient legal capacity under applicable law may make purchases. Minors require consent from their legal guardians.

4. Products offered

TARTARUGA offers fashion garments, accessories and jewellery.
Each product includes a description, available sizes and colours, composition, care instructions and price.
We strive to ensure photos accurately reflect products, though slight colour/texture variations may occur due to artisanal production and/or screen differences.
Offers and promotions are valid until the indicated date or while stocks last.

5. Purchase procedure

Select products and add them to the cart.
Before confirming, a summary is shown with items, prices, taxes, shipping costs and delivery address.
The order is deemed placed when payment is confirmed.
You will receive an email confirmation with your order number.
TARTARUGA may cancel orders in cases of stock errors, pricing mistakes, suspected fraud or force majeure; in such cases a full refund will be issued.

6. Price and payment

Prices are shown in euros (€) and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.
Shipping costs are calculated separately according to the Shipping Policy.
Payment methods: bank card, PayPal, bank transfer, cash on delivery (in enabled areas) and Aplazame (external financing).

7. Shipping and delivery

Shipments are handled according to the Shipping Policy. Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery.

8. Right of withdrawal and returns

Customers have the right to withdraw within 14 calendar days from delivery, in accordance with the Returns & Exchanges Policy. Legal exceptions apply (e.g., hygiene-related items such as swimwear or certain unsealed jewellery).

9. Legal warranties

Products carry a 2-year legal warranty against manufacturing defects.
Damage due to misuse, lack of care or normal wear and tear is not covered.

10. Invoicing

We issue electronic invoices by default. If you need a paper invoice or VAT details for companies, contact pedidos@tartaruga.es.

11. Intellectual and industrial property

Website content (texts, images, designs, logos, source code) is owned by TARTARUGA or authorised third parties. Reproduction without permission is prohibited.

12. Liability

We are not liable for service interruptions due to technical reasons, force majeure or circumstances beyond our control.
Nor for damages arising from improper use of the website.
We shall not be liable for indirect losses or loss of profit.

13. Third-party links

Our site may include links to external websites. TARTARUGA is not responsible for their content or services, which remain under the responsibility of their owners.

14. Dispute resolution

These terms are governed by Spanish law.

For unresolved disputes, both parties submit to the courts of Santiago de Compostela (A Coruña, Spain).
