Secure payment

TARTARUGA offers you several secure payment methods so you can choose the one that best suits your needs:

1. CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD

You can use your Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro or Mastercard through the secure payment gateway managed by Caixabank, which guarantees maximum security in all transactions. Once the payment is completed, you will return to TARTARUGA and you will receive an email confirming your purchase. If you do not receive it, check your spam folder or contact us at pedidos@tartaruga.es.

2. PAYPAL

You can pay comfortably and quickly through Paypal if you have an account. Once the payment is completed you will return to TARTARUGA and you will receive an email confirming your purchase.

3. TRANSFER OR DEPOSIT IN ACCOUNT

If you choose this payment method, you will receive by email the details of our account number and all the necessary information so you can make a transfer or deposit in our Caixabank account.

4. CASH ON DELIVERY

With this method you can pay your order at the time of delivery to the carrier who will deliver the package. This form of payment has a 3% commission (minimum 3 euros) which is what the transport company charges for processing the collection of orders.
