Behind TARTARUGA is Patricia Chao, founder and creative soul of the brand, a woman who chose to transform her sensitivity, her eye and her intuition into a project with its own voice.
Her way of understanding fashion is not born from haste or passing trends, it is born from colour, travel, craftsmanship and a very clear idea, dressing women in pieces that convey joy, authenticity and personality.
