What makes TARTARUGA different from other fashion brands?

We believe in slow fashion, timeless collections, colour and detail, far from fast fashion, with a focus on durability, comfort and joy in dressing. We design in Galicia and produce in limited editions.

Where are the collections designed and produced?

We design 100% in Spain, in Galicia. We produce with specialised workshops in Portugal, India and Brazil, selected for their craftsmanship in embroidery, finishes and quality yarns.

What is your commitment to sustainability?

Limited editions to avoid overproduction, durable materials, responsible packaging and long-term relationships with suppliers who share our values.

Which payment methods can I use?

Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa Electron), PayPal, bank transfer, cash on delivery in enabled areas and Aplazame, payment in instalments. More details in the Payments and Security Policy. Aplazame is an independent service, TARTARUGA only facilitates access to it.

Is it safe to shop on your website?

Yes. We use SSL/TLS encryption, certified gateways such as Redsys and PayPal, and anti-fraud controls. Please see the Payments and Security Policy.

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship to Spain, to all EU countries and to most countries worldwide. If your country does not appear at checkout, write to us at contacto@tartaruga.es. More information can be found in the Shipping Policy.

How long does an order take to arrive?

Mainland Spain, 24–72 business hours. Balearic Islands, 3–5 days. EU, 5–10 days. Rest of the world, 7–20 days depending on customs. See the Shipping Policy.

Can I exchange the size?

Yes, within 14 calendar days from delivery. Shipping costs are borne by the customer. You can find the full procedure in the Exchanges and Returns Policy.

What is the return period?

You have 14 calendar days from delivery to exercise your legal right of withdrawal. Garments must be in perfect condition, with tags and original packaging. See the Exchanges and Returns Policy.

How do I request a return?

Write to us at pedidos@tartaruga.es with your order number, the garments to be returned and any useful details, or send us the official withdrawal form. You can send it on your own or ask us to arrange the collection, and its cost will be deducted from the refund.

When will I receive my refund?

Within a maximum of 14 calendar days from when we receive and inspect the garments, using the same payment method. We do not issue refunds based only on proof of shipment, we must first receive and check the items.

I am a professional, how do I access B2B?

Request access at Professional access. We will get to know your project and your area, and we would love to have a short call or video call. Access is not automatic, we review each collaboration to ensure it fits our slow fashion values.
